Your login name is your normal company Email address ie joe.blogss@acme.com
A password is allocated when you enrol on the YDP program if you have forgotten your password you can reset the password following the 3 steps bellow.
Enter your company Email address, the system will check to see if your Email address is still current.
An Email with a change password activation code will be sent to you.
When you receive the change password activation link by Email you have 24 hours to complete steps 2 and 3
Click on the "Change Password Activation" link on the Email this will take you though to step 3
The link you clicked on in step 2 will take you to the change password page.
Fill out your new password twice to confirm and press "Change Password".
Your password has now been changed.
